Bible Predicts Firey Holocaust In 2012
As we’ve already seen, the sun-worshiping Mayans predicted that the year 2012 will be the end of an age.
The Bible contains prophecy that predicts a firey end to the world as we know it, and Christians believe that “the end is nigh” as it were.
Now, Bible Code enthusiasts have found cluster after cluster connecting the two prophecies, describing a nasty solar event, as well as a terrible disaster in 2012.
Revelation 16:8-9 reads “And they fourth poured out his bowl upon the sun; and it was given to it to burn men with fire. And men were burned with great heat; and the blasphemed the name of God Who has the authority over these plagues; and they did not repent to give Him glory.”
Our Sun often sends solar flares towards the Earth, and more energetic explosions can spit out giant blobs of ionised gas called coronal mass ejections. Roughly once or twice a decade, the eruption of stellar material is powerful enough to send huge electric currents racing around the Earth’s upper atmosphere, disrupting power grids and communications satellites. In 1989, one such explosion knocked out a power grid in northern Quebec.
Could the Sun send out a monstrous flare powerful enough to melt the ice on Jupiter’s moons, destroy much of Earth’s ozone layer and obliterate all our satellites? It’s possible, say astronomers who have studied other Sun-like stars in our Galaxy, which seem to produce enormous “superflares” about once a century. They are baffled by the fact that there are no records of similar solar explosions.
Isaiah 30:26-27 reads “Moreover the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the LORD bindeth up the breach of his people, and healeth the stroke of their wound. Behold, the name of the LORD cometh from far, burning with his anger, and the burden thereof is heavy: his lips are full of indignation, and his tongue as a devouring fire: …”
The tongue of fire is an important clue. The Bible Codes are clear that the end of the Mayan calendar in 2012 has some significance in regards to apocalyptic events. There is a large, stone-like comet due to approach the Earth around 2012. The destructive characteristic of this event is described as “tongue-like”. Some people theorize that the comet will break up like the Shoemaker-Levy comet did when it approached Jupiter, thus creating a tongue-like array of comet matter which impacts the Earth in a shotgun effect. Others have a different theory, though it does seem likely that a massive comet would break up upon entry; the approach of a large comet in 2012 will trigger a solar eruption that will fry the Earth like a rotisserie. The solar flare and resulting coronal mass ejection will be the tongue-like characteristic of this event.
Here is one very tight Bible Code cluster that describes the approach of a large comet in 2012:

There are many aspects of this event that take on apocalyptic meaning. The rain of huge flaming hailstones described in Revelation can easily be imagine to originate from a celestial body breaking up as it penetrates the Earth’s gravity field and creates an array of impact events. The poles shifting as a result of the energetic disruption from the comet and from the reaction of the Sun can also be easily imagined to be a result of the mantle shifting and the electromagnetic field of the Earth undergoing a dramatic change. All of these possibilities can be associated with the approach of a massive comet, but the central focus – the most damaging aspect of the 2012 time period seems to be a solar eruption and the resulting CME.
There are two more Bible Code clusters that describe this solar kill shot. These clusters are specific and point directly at the sun as the cause of destruction on Earth:

a sign – to flare, the sun will go away/depart/vanish – the sun will stand still in the midst of heaven
To date, scientific records indicate that our Sun has not sent out a “superflare”, and certainly not in the Earth’s direction. Will the upcoming, expectedly severe Solar Max produce the volatile conditions necessary to vaporize the Earth?

But the bible also says the world will go into 7 year tribulation after all the christians are taken to Heaven so 2012 would never happen (saying this since I am a christian) because if the tribulation started right now, the earth would not be destroyed in 2012 because that is not 7 years away, if they were predicting this stuff to happen in 2016 it might be plausible, but just MIGHT. So in my eyes, 2012 is just another idea based on the Mayans calander, but 2012 might be the start of the tribulation.

no one knows when the end is near but the lord jesus christ ! If you REALLY believe in him and have asked to be forgiven than you sould have no fear of 2012 !If you fear this date then you really need to ask yourself why are you so worried ? what is it that you need to change in your life to get in the golden gates of haven ? take some time to think about it !!

i am a christian and do not beleive this. the mayans have their own beliefs. just like other people have thiers, their are many different types of religons in the world, we have freedom to believe what we want. i believe in jesus. and that he will come back for his followers. he and only he knows when the world will end.not some calendar, or scientist, or people at nasa. jesus is the way, the truth, and the light. hes the way to heaven. the TRUTH when you need it and the light that lights our paths. he knows all. nobody is to say when the world is going to end. its a myth. lke y2k and all that other bologna that the government feeds us that we listen to. quit listening to movies, and the government, and scientist. they all are here to entertain us! their funny! and cant be taken seriously. jesus is the way. listen to him. how can man know when the world is going to end? man doesnt know. jesus does! talk, hes listening. listen he’ll speak.

This may seem a little off-topic, but jacob mcclain (above) states that “their are many different types of religons in the world”. But when you look at religions anthropologically, they are startlingly similar.

I saw the video…According to Christianity Jesus’ coming was prophesied since the beginning…All theses civilizations with like instances of Jesus were possibly misinterpreted by scholars as their conception of this prophecy as opposed to actual lives. Whether speculated or fabricated it still doesn’t disprove Christianity…someone definitely went to a lot of trouble to find evidence to rationalize their theory…Looking at an abstract painting everyone sees something different. We see what we want to-as with faith. It is easy to believe in what is a convenient preference so you can live how you want to. Also, if life is chance, then what is the purpose of life. There are many that have an unknown desire that drives them to make one decision over another-where does that come from if not an omnipotent spiritual being? That youtube video raises more questions than it answers.

Let us be prepared to meet the “Lord” at any time. Because as it is written – ‘he cometh like a thief’ we should be ready all the time to meet him. We can’t imagine what he has for those who does his will.
So let us not be worried about some vague information, rather be prepared for his soon coming.

People need to accept that the world we have been fed is not the way things actually are. Our story is far more extraordinary than we have been told. Everything the media tells you is a lie. Its all a distraction from the truth. Religions need to quit hating on eachother and open their eyes to new possibilities. Its about love. Not who’s right and wrong. All ancient civilizations have the same stories and “myths”. If Christians, Catholics and all other religions new that they were all founded by the same small group of “elitists” maybe then they would begin to wake up. Everything in the world is designed to either devid people or distract them. 2012 is not another y2k. There was no ancient texts about y2k. EVERY RELIGION IN THE WORLD wasn’t talking about y2k. That was about computers. Open your eyes. Look around… We are so much more than we are told. The end of the age, spiritual awakening or end of civilization… Who knows. Officials are investigating why more than 1,000 birds – most of them dead – fell out of the sky in the US state of Arkansas on New Year’s Eve.
The Arkansas Fish and Game Commission (AFGC) said it began receiving reports of the falling birds at about 2330.
By midnight, more than 1,000 red-winged blackbirds had fallen in one area of the city of Beebe.
The birds could have been hit by lightning or high-altitude hail, said AFGC ornithologist Karen Rowe.
About 65 dead birds have been sent off for scientific analysis to determine the cause of death.
It does not appear as though the birds were poisoned, Ms Rowe said.
Severe weather over Arkansas could be the cause of the mystery deaths
“Since it only involved a flock of blackbirds and only involved them falling out of the sky, it is unlikely they were poisoned, but a necropsy is the only way to determine if the birds died from trauma or toxin,” she said.
Tornadoes swept through Arkansas and neighbouring states on 31 December, killing seven people.
However, the AFGC did not say whether the blackbird deaths could also be attributed to the storms.
City authorities have hired a specialist waste-disposal firm to collect the dead birds from gardens and rooftops, and dispose of them.

Earth still has another 5 billion years left, until the sun becomes a giant and consumes the 4 inner planets.
That would only mean that earth is going to be destroyed, as the sun comes closer, the temperature of the outer planets will increase and be suitable to live on.
